Why Use An LCD Enclosure In A Facility
An LCD enclosure is a necessary part of any plant information collection solution, as these save from harm the pricey electronic devices from the dirt and grime linked with a manufacturing unit.
One thing is for sure if you have ever visited a manufacturing facility you will know that there is a large amount of grime and this is why the computer systems that are used on the shop floor are stored in computer enclosures, these protect them to Nema 4x and IP65, now with the evolution of technology, large format screens are being deployed in factory environments to show company news, product information and these require an LCD enclosure.
What is an LCD casing
These defensive monitor enclosures are created from mild steel and water proof to inhibit water ingress harming any of the hardware in the enclosure, the hardware can range from a PC, a large screen or a small media player..
The LCD enclosure inside temperature is controlled employing a thermostatic cooling system and in extreme chilly conditions such as in freezers a heater is installed to fight any equipment failure. These can even be upgraded to include air conditioning units.
