Is the cell phone necessary or luxury? A hard question to anwser
Nowaday almost everyone need at least one cell phone to keep the collection with the world. If you forget to take the cell phone with you, you will fell upset and disconnected. However, some think that it is necessary to have a cell phone, but others believe that a luxury cell phone weighs out the neccessity to show high social status. It's really a hard question to anwser.
One day when I was walking through the street a girl nearly crashed into me because her eyes – and thumbs – were glued to the keys on her cell phone. She looks young Less Than nine or ten years old, and I had to ask myself: “Does she really need that?” What use does a nine or ten year old have for a cell phone? I mean, I barely use mine! But as a child’s schedule becomes more and more crowded and kids are shifted from one activity to the next, many parents are finding that Cell Phones are a necessity for making sure they know where their kids are. But when a cell phone comes packed with additional IMing, gaming and internet services, is it no longer considered a necessity? Is that where it becomes luxury cell phones?

1. a person has a busy schedule. Calling them is a simple and quick way to find out where they are and what they’re doing.
2. If a person is in bad situation, he or she can quickly call for help using a cell phone.
3. Some phones come with helpful services, such as a GPS system, which can assist if you are lost.
4.When children need to call a friend they can use their cell phone and not tie up the home line in case their parents need it.
5. When a person start filling out job applications, he or she can write their cell phone number in (instead of their home number) and the company can contact them anywhere, anytime.
6. It is convenient to do business for merchants. and it can save you time and money to send out your information.
5 Signs The Phone is Becoming A Luxury
1. Texting massages. Texting can be beneficial if a person is in a public place. It doesn’t want their conversation overheard, but when texting bills become sky-high from messages like “wut’s up!?!” , that’s where the phone is becoming a substitute for personal contact.
2. If teenager is distracted in school because of games on their phone, clearly they are not using their phone for “necessary” reasons.
3. If a phone is being purchased as a necessity, it doesn’t need the extra features like a QWERTY keyboard, a touchscreen, internet, etc. They are becoming luxury cell phones. If you want to cut down on the bills and time-wasters, buy a simple, no-frills phone.
4. The luxury cell phone is a symbol of high standard of life and high social status. With the rapid development of society, people are hope to have a better life, so the rich want to buy luxury cell phone to satisfy them.
5. Every luxury cell phone is designed for the inspiration of the designers or a story beneath it. Therefore those phones are luxury and fashionable, and customers want to buy one because they want to follow the trend and become a fan of somebody. Or some famous person has used a luxury phone, so they want to follow them.
From the comparation above, it is hard to say which one plays a more improtant role in this cell phone field. Anyway, poeple are more likely to pursuit the luxury element. This is the trend in the cell phone areas.
