Home Made Acaiberry Remedies For Inside And Out
Indigenous tribes in the Amazon rain forest were the first to find the acaiberry fruit. They used acai for food and medicine. The berry was found to hold antibacterial properties effective in fighting off schistosomiasis, a disease caused by parasites that freshwater snails sometimes carry.
The tribes also discovered it contained antibacterial properties and helps fight a strain of Staph. More and more discoveries were made and it became widely used by locals for it’s antioxidants, nutrients, and healing powers.
Today, people around the world use acaiberry for many of the same purposes. You can find it in cosmetics, drinks, extracts and more. Check out a few fast ways to make some homemade acai products.
Acaiberry as a body detoxifying drink
6 Ounces of spring water, 2 Ounces of Pure Acai Berry Juice, 1 handful of fresh Blueberries, and1 handful of fresh Strawberries.
Put all of these fresh ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour yourself a glass and drink it down followed by a glass of spring water. This detoxify drink is loaded with antioxidants and will give you an instant energy boost while attacking free radicals in your system.
Acaiberry sugar scrub for the body
Sugar scrubs are a great way to give your skin a smooth glowing look and feel. Once you see how easy it is to combine your favorite ingredients, you can start mixing up your own version of oils and combinations.
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar.
3/4 cup of almonds
2 tablespoons of Acai powder
40 drops of lemon essential oil
Blend all of the dry ingredients together. Then add the essential oil drop by drop. Blend it all together again and then store in an airtight container. There are many substitutes for the oils and nuts, but this should get you started.
Antioxidant Facial
Your facial skin is tender and you never want to use uneven apricot kernels or sand upon it; they will cause slight tears in your skin surface. To create the best kind of facial scrubs you need to pick up some Indian clay or green clay at the market to mix with your acai ingredients. Here is a great facial to get you started.
Mix in a couple tablespoons of clay, hot spring water, and a teaspoon of acai juice or acai gel. Add a few drops of 100% pure essential oil (lemon and rosemary). This should have the consistency of paste.
Apply the mixture to your face leaving the eye area open. Wash it off after 15 minutes and feel brand new. This is a great mask for acne or oily skin. Get your acaiberry ingredients online to start making your own homemade concoctions.
