Broken Blackberry Case?

i have a blackberry 8830, which comes with the Leather Clip Case. It broke, so will they give me another one free since it was a manufacturers defect?
only the clip on it is broken

how long ago did you purchase it? most likely you will have to purchase another case if you want to continue using a case with your phone. Manufactures warrenty is just for the phone and not the included accessories. If you purchased your phone in a store and it was only a couple of days ago or something then they may be able to work out a discount for a new one, but the liklihood of it being free is almost zero. and most places will say any damage done to the case is user-error. again, it wouldnt hurt to ask the place you bought it from to see if they would work with ya, but most likely, even with a discount you may want to consider ebay. you can find some pretty cheap cases there.
