boost new 50 dollar unlimted plan, is it worth it.?

Boost Mobile launches $50 unlimited talk, text, mms, web, Walkie Talkie on 1/22/09. I dont know if it inludes any travel fee like if you go out of your region.? but it seems like a Good Deal. I never used boost though.
