Hey I have a motorola RAZR V3 cell and I need the language package to add new languages. Where can I find it?
I'd like to add Russian, Swedish and Dutch to my Motorola but I haven't found the language package.
Regrettably if your phone wasn't from one of these regions you won't be able to add them on. The phones do not have the option to simply add on language packages. The only way really to do this would be to reflash the phone which would cause you to lose the languages that currently exist on the phone. Motorola would not do this for you as they have obligations to the carriers/service providers/distributors of their devices. You'd have to find some other company to do so. I think personally it isn't worth the trouble
