Bluetooth technology has evolved tremendously since the year 1999 and helped make wireless communication the wave of the future by allowing two devices to "talk" to one another over low-frequency radio waves.Bluetooth headsets have gained immense popularity and also have evolved as the best hands free option after Mobile Phone driving bans getting stricter. Naturally more expensive headsets tend to be smaller, more stylish and offer more and better features than less expensive models. But if you are looking for a decent headset then you can get a light-weight headset with noise cancellation technology - perhaps the most important feature for in-car use - in the $45 to $85 price range.

The design of the headsets has changed drastically with light-weight, easy to wear headsets making their way.
