Can someone help with a hard reset on Palm Treo 650 problem?
To do a hard reset on the Palm Treo 650 you need to press the UP button on the 5-way but that button will not work correctly. When I press it, it just goes ahead loading my settings.
It is one of the problems I am experiencing with this unit and I have made plans to send it back to the manufacturer.
I'd rather not send it back to the company if a hard reset will work.
Anyone have any tips?
i just did a hard reset just take the battery out and put it back in before it boots up hold the Power Button then it will ask if you want to do a hard reset then it asks you language
