Placed an order for a product on Amazon. Don't know if it will ever come in. PEASE HELP?

So I ordered this since Skinomi in gerneral has decent reviews, but when I went directly to the Skinomi website, they didn't have it. How does Amazon have this product if the manufacturer themselves don't have it? My order supposedly was shipped on August 10th (today's the 18th) and it still hasn't come in. It's supposed to be here tomorrow. (the 19th) Was I ripped-off? Will I ever receive it? Many people use Skinomi for their electronics and I have always trusted Amazon, now what?
When I go to track the order, it says that there is no record of that item.
people who have already bought it are probably selling it. At-least thats what i think. And you can check the status of your orders too. just go to your account.
