4 Common Facial Skin Care Pitfalls That People Fall Into

Facial skin care seems easy enough, find a good popular facial care cream, and apply it to your face. In theory, that might sound good, but in reality, it doesn’t work at all.

I see many people making 4 basic facial skin care mistakes over and over again. Those who learn from their mistakes, and overcome them are the ones who look a lot better and younger today.

Unfortunately, many are stuck in that maze of buying more and more facial skin care products, and none of them seem to work, those are the people that just don’t get it.

This article is meant to show you how you can find the best facial skin care products by avoiding the 4 mistakes that almost everyone makes.

With all that said, here are the big 4 facial care mistakes:

1. Belief
   Do you believe the commercials and advertisements that you see? Celebrities are constantly endorsing new facial care products, they are all saying that the one they’re holding is the best. The truth is that this is almost never the case. I’ve found that the best facial skin care products are not the most popular ones, but they are the ones that aren’t so easily found. Otherwise everyone would look great, right?

2. Parabens
   Finding paraben free products is crucial. Parabens are a widely used preservative in almost all skincare products today. If you read the label you’ll see ingredients like methylparaben, butylparaben and all sorts of variations. They’re all the same. Recent studies suggest that parabens can cause cancer, mess with your body’s internal systems, cause allergies, and even skin disorders.

3. Quality
   The third mistake I see people making is falling for the quality card. Many companies market by telling you that they have high-quality ingredients, but the question you have to ask yourself is how well those ingredients are absorbed by your body. For example, Coenzyme Q10 is absorbed okay, but a nano-emulsion form like Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 can be absorbed 5-10 times better by your skin. Can you see how powerful this is?

4. Quantity
   The last thing is quantity. Many companies put in minimal amounts of a Very Good ingredient, just so they can say that they facial skin care product contains it. But this ingredient will have minimal impact on your skin, because there just isn’t enough of it, so watch out for that.

These are very basic mistakes, but if you can’t find information on them, they can be easily overlooked. Now you know though, and I know that once you understand these 4 mistakes, that you will find the best facial skin care products, because I’ve used them myself to find the best natural product, which I use every day (the results have been amazing).
