At&T G3 vs Quadband phone?
I'm shopping for a new AT&T cell phone. Some of the phones are G3 and some are quadband world phones.
I know that the G3 is the newer technology with faster downloads etc. But my biggest concern is signal strength in low signal areas. Will a G3 phone have a stronger signal than a quadband phone in areas where there is barely enough signal to make a call?

Its 3G not G3 and a lot of quad-band phones are 3G. ATT has told us that all the new phones they are introducing will be 3G. The signal for 3G phones is supposed to be better in areas where 3G is available and with the continual rollout of 3G the signal will continue to improve.
