SmartPhones Using By Employees Put To Work
Two years ago, the casino giant Harrah's Entertainment is needed to reduce costs. One of the first places considered were cell leaders phones.
As the company expects its business, one of the fastest and less painful to reduce its annual budget of over $ 1,000,000 a year was to change the policy on the phone.
In particular, the company began allowing its employees to use their phones for work. "We looked at the Mobile Phone market, which is almost 100 percent, and I noticed that everyone has their phones," said Mark Cross, Senior Manager IT Strategy for the Entertainment and Harrah's mobility.

These are devices that workers themselves and pay. This trend should continue and Aberdeen Group projecting that 8 percent of 200 organizations, research can help all employees to use their personal devices in the next 12 months.
"Most of the employees were carrying around two devices in each case," he said. "People had a BlackBerry or Windows Mobile phone for work and an iPhone for fun." Harrah's central policy has been treated by removal of personal information over the phone.
The company also provides that all corporate information is an encrypted device and each device is password protected. Harrah's has used the technique to Research In Motion BlackBerry users and technology, the employees of Good Technology, Apple Iphone and Google Android, secure phones, and store the personal information and work in isolation.
