Sprint Deliveries GB Limited has been conscious of the impact its business activities has upon the environment for many years. Sprint Deliveries GB Ltd is the largest privately owned 2 man Home Delivery Company within the UK specialising in the logistics of big ticket and high value items. On Monday 21st of July 2010 Sprint Deliveries GB Limited achieved ISO 14001:2004 at its first attempt. The international standard on environmental management further reinforces Sprint Deliveries GB Limited's continued commitment to be proactive in managing its environmental affairs. The standard is used within all categories of the business to assure systematic and controlled environmental improvements.
Sprint Deliveries GB Limited Managing Director, Simon Bellinger said "Very few companies of our size have achieved this environmental certification. This, together with our passion for continually reviewing what we can do, helped us to achieve the certification within 6 months of commencing the journey."

Following the retirement of John Murphy at the end of August, the Finance Director, Adam Williams will be taking over the role of Internal Auditor for ISO 14001:2004. Adam says "I very much looking forward to this challenge and will be viewing this as a win win situation for both the business and the environment. I believe focusing on the efficiencies throughout the business is key. Our efficiencies directly impact upon our consumption of time and resources. Reduced consumption will be both financially and environmentally beneficial."
