Has anyone had trouble with the Verizon Palm Centro Smartphone?

Im thinking about getting the Palm Centro but some friends told me that they knew people had problems with it. Such as turning off when pressing the END button to get out of a file, and the keypad being to close together and small. But my friends arent always reliable. Can anybody help?

I've had the Palm Centro for Verizon for about a month, when I first got it I was kind of disappointed as it didn't have Mobile IM like other palms do.
But I recently found out if you go to mobile.vzw.com/vzstart you can download the mobile IM for free. I was considering buying an IM application for 29.95 am I glad I found this out.

PRO of phone: Ringers are loud(good for me as I am a heavy sleeper), Wireless Sync, Great sound quaility for music, MicroSD slot, Very fast on the internet compared to my Voyager I had before that broke, Facebook Application, & Chat style text messaging.

CONS of phone: Small keyboard ( Got used to it after a while),Camera could of used a flash, No back button so sometimes you have to go back to application menu & alarm is integrated with the world clock but wasn't much of a big deal as I used the calendar as alarm clocks.

Overall its a good phone. I do not know about the AT&T version. But I had an issue where my side button would turn my phone off but I fixed that with a soft reset.

FYI the end button does not take you out of a file it puts the phone in stand by mode. To get out of the file or application your in there is sometimes a button saying done or cancel and sometimes you just have to press one of the quick keys. Took me a while to get used to its userface.
