A consumer will not be able to make a true examination of online and wireless services of any cellular telephone service provider until they receive a huge cellular telephone bill that was not in the monthly budget. Since company policies prohibit the acceptance of bill payments if the $500 deposit has not been made with it, consumers have very few options at their disposal. Consumers could place a four-digit parental control on the text messaging features that would keep the cost down on the cellular telephone bills.
